Hill Repeats on Empire Grade

Got out today for about 50 miles and 5K vertical feet with members of the Bicycle Trip crew - 3x20 minute hill repeats up Empire Grade. Same formula as before: consistent effort climbing out of Felton, winding through the redwoods, and then dropped on the flats coming home on Hwy 1. Beautiful day for bicycling, and good to stay humble.
