Bonny Doon Hill Repeats

Tough Saturday training with the Bicycle Trip crew - easy paceline North on Hwy 1 to Bonny Doon, 4x 15 minute hill repeats, fast 3-man pacelines back to be followed by sprintwork for total of 52 miles and 4k vertical feet. Was pretty happy with consistent effort - within 0.1 mi. each ascent, but the workout sent me straight to the fridge...then the shower...then the couch.
